Our supported independent Living Services
NardoCare provides structured, 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across New South Wales, designed for participants requiring consistent, person-centred support in a stable home environment.
Our nurse-led model ensures clinical oversight, clear governance, and individualised support planning aligned with each participant’s NDIS goals. We work closely with support coordinators, behaviour support practitioners, and allied health teams to deliver safe, structured, and outcome-focused care.
We specialise in supporting participants with psychosocial and complex support needs, providing environments that prioritise stability, compatibility, and long-term placement success.
Each placement is assessed individually to determine the appropriate staffing model, including 1:1, shared support, active overnight, or sleepover arrangements.

Our Simple 3 step Referral Process
1) Initial Referral & Review
Support coordinators submit a referral with relevant documentation (NDIS plan, functional assessments, behaviour support plans if applicable).
Our team reviews support requirements and confirms service suitability.
2) Consultation & Support Planning
We aim to respond to all referrals within 24–48 hours.
We conduct a consultation with the participant and support team to clarify goals, routines, risk considerations, and preferred staffing model.
A tailored in-home SIL structure is developed, including roster model (1:1, shared, active overnight or sleepover where required).
3) Service Commencement
Once service agreement and rostering are confirmed, supports commence within agreed timeframes.
Ongoing communication and review processes ensure supports remain aligned with participant goals.
